“Shaping Crowns” is a short documentary that follows Joci Vadila, a young barber whose craft goes beyond cutting hair. Through precise fades and intimate conversations, the film explores how a haircut can shape confidence, identity, and community. Set in the rhythm of everyday life, Shaping Crowns is a quiet portrait of creativity, connection, and the subtle power of self-expression.
